What data we collect

What you type into the booking form or send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email: name, WhatsApp or phone number, pickup and destination, date and time, number of passengers and bags, flight number if you give it to us, and any notes you add (for example child seats or stops).

This site has no server of its own and no database. The form sends nothing by itself: it composes a message and opens it in your WhatsApp app or in your email program, and you are the one who sends it. Until you do, nothing has reached us.

What is stored in your browser

So you do not have to type the same thing twice, the site keeps four things in the storage of your own device. None of them leaves it or reaches us on its own.

Form draft (jt-book-draft): the trip you were typing, that is pickup, destination, date, time, passengers, bags and type of service. It does not store your name, your phone, the flight number or the notes you write. It carries the date it was saved and it is thrown away by itself after 7 days. When we use it to fill the form we tell you right there, with a button to delete it on the spot.

Theme preference (theme): whether you chose the light or the dark mode. It stays until you change it or clear the site data.

Name for the sign (visitorName): if you type your name into the welcome sign on the airport pages, it stays on the device so we do not ask twice. It carries the date it was saved and it is thrown away by itself after 7 days. The button that deletes the form draft deletes this too.

Copy of the last message (lastBooking and lastBookingMail): the text you have just sent, so the thank-you page can show it to you and let you send it again. It disappears when you close the tab.

You can delete all of it whenever you want from your browser settings, in the option that clears site data.

What happens when you send on WhatsApp

The send button opens WhatsApp with the message already written. From there the conversation happens inside WhatsApp, a Meta service governed by its own terms and privacy policy, not by this page. We receive it on the company phone, like any other chat.

WhatsApp shows us your number on its own, so the message we prepare no longer repeats it inside the text. The link that opens WhatsApp does carry what you wrote about the trip, plus a short tag naming the page you sent it from, and that link can stay in your browser history.

If you prefer email, the message opens in your own email program and there it does carry your name and your phone inside the text: by email they are needed, because without one of the two we have no way to answer you.

What we use it for

To reply to your request, confirm availability and price, assign a driver and a vehicle, track your flight if you give us the number, and contact you on the day of the trip. We do not use it for advertising or add it to mailing lists.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the driver assigned to your service, who receives only what is needed to pick you up: name, pickup point, time, number of passengers and your contact phone. We do not sell or hand over data to third parties.

Beyond that, the services you yourself use to write to us are on the way: WhatsApp, which belongs to Meta, your email provider and your phone carrier. Each one handles messages under its own privacy policy.

We never ask for your card details by message

We do not ask for a card number, a security code or passwords on WhatsApp, by email or by phone. If somebody asks you for them claiming to be us, do not give them and tell us at the number published on this site.

If you pay by card remotely, we send you a payment link and you type the details on the payment provider page, never inside a message.

How long we keep it

There is no server of ours where it piles up. What remains is the conversation on the company phone, the email in its inbox, and whatever your browser keeps on your device, with the periods listed in the section above.

We keep conversations and service details for as long as needed to carry out the transfer, resolve any later issue and meet the accounting and tax obligations that apply in the Dominican Republic. After that we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Just write to us through the same channel you used or to the email below. We reply within a reasonable time and at no cost.

What your browser stored is yours to delete without asking us: use the button on the booking form or your browser settings.
