The immigration e-ticket
It's mandatory for every passenger, entering and leaving the country, and it's free. The advice is to fill it in before you head to the airport, on the official site, eticket.migracion.gob.do, and the e-ticket guide has the details.
Why not an Uber for this

Uber, according to the airport
The airport's website lists Uber Select and UberX, with the pickup zones still to be defined.
